Pricing & Payment
We offer fixed prices only. The fare you see at booking is the fare you pay — no meters, no surprises, no hidden charges.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards and bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Tipping is not mandatory, so there is no specific amount. It is entirely your choice whether or not you want to leave a tip.
A private transfer is by far the most comfortable and stress-free option. Pan-Greece Travel offers door-to-door service in a luxury Mercedes-Benz Vito. The minimum fare for a van transfer from Athens Airport is €82, in accordance with Greek legislation.
Airport & Port
We monitor all flights in real time and will wait for you up to 75 minutes after landing at no extra charge. After 75 minutes, a waiting fee of €15 per hour applies. Additionally, if due to a delay your flight lands during night-rate hours (22:00–06:00), a night surcharge of €15 will be added to the agreed price.
For airport arrivals, please allow approximately 30–45 minutes for passport control and baggage claim. Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals exit with a name sign. For port arrivals, your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive your driver's direct contact details. You can reach them by phone or WhatsApp at any time.

Our Mercedes-Benz Vito can accommodate up to 8 passengers. If you are travelling with large or numerous pieces of luggage, please let us know in advance so we can ensure everyone travels in comfort.
