Pan-Greece Travel provides the following services:
- Private transfers
- Private day tours to destinations throughout Greece
- Corporate and VIP concierge transportation
All services are provided using a luxury Mercedes-Benz Vito with a professional, licensed chauffeur.
3. Bookings and Reservations
- Bookings can be made via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp.
- A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from Pan-Greece Travel.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
- Please ensure all information provided at the time of booking (flight number, pickup time, passenger count) is accurate.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are final and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- There are no hidden fees — the price agreed upon at booking is the price you pay.
- Waiting time beyond the agreed grace period may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
- Payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total price.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount.
- In case of flight delays or cancellations beyond the client's control, we will do our best to accommodate changes at no extra charge.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.
- Pan-Greece Travel reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are disruptive or pose a risk to safety.
7. Liability
Pan-Greece Travel holds all required insurance for passenger transport. We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Missed flights, ferries, or connections due to circumstances outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pan-Greece Travel and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
